All About Me

Who am I? I am a wife of 31 years to the man of my dreams. I knew from the moment I met him that he was my husband. Not sure if he knew this too, but he sure feels that way now. I am also a mother and more recently a grandmother (Oma).


I've been crafting since I was a kid. All different kinds of crafts! I also love to teach, especially anything craft related. If I had my choice, I would be teaching as a job. 

The craft that takes up the most room in my house is stamping/paper crafts. :-) You're thinking, how is that different from most dedicated crafters? I know... we need to tell hubby this because he thinks I'm crazy! Yes, I am crazy... for Copics!! They are the most wonderful art markers. You're going to have to trust me on this one if you've never tried them before.

I also crochet, cross stitch, watercolor paint (when I can), tole paint (haven't done this in a *long* time), love to cook/bake, and my newest hobby --> sewing. I'm going to take over a small area in an extra bedroom for that hobby. Any more than a small area and I think there will be problems in this household! lol

You'll see lots of different things on this blog. I will share my crafts, recipes and my sometimes crazy rants with you whenever I can. One of my goals is to blog more. Sometimes life just gets too busy.
